Your varied tasks in this position will include deadline processing/checking, communication by e-mail and telephone, handling correspondence, file management/filing, planning trips, designing presentation documents and the smooth organisation of events.
You will work in a goal-oriented, independent manner and demonstrate integrity and loyalty in addition to resilience and adaptability. Of course, you will have a quick grasp, perfect handling of the MS Office package and excellent knowledge of German spelling and grammar. Knowledge of English is an advantage, but not a requirement.
