Dr. Norbert Herig ist both a graduated construction engineer (TU Munich) and lawyer, specializing since more than two decades in all fields of private construction law and real estate. His key fields of advice are private construction law including litigation, architects law and public procurement law. Dr. Norbert Herig advises not only in all aspects of contractual issues but is also an acknowledged litigator/arbitrator. Besides continuous publishing in law gazettes he is Author of the practice-manual VOB (VOB-Praxiskommentar) at Wolters Kluwer Verlag.
